Locke brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every aspect of her work, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement in marketing, sales strategy, contract negotiation, operations, and global expansion. In her former role as a Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Operations Excellence at Quiet Platforms, Locke is instrumental in driving growth and success.
With nearly a decade of experience at FedEx, including roles such as Managing Director of Global Expansion and Support, Manager of E-Commerce, and Global Postal Strategy, Locke developed a deep understanding of the global postal and E-Commerce industries. Her extensive network and negotiation skills enable her to navigate complex business landscapes and forge strategic partnerships.
Locke’s successes are built on her ability to develop talent, build teams, and lead cross-organizational relationships. She is recognized for her strong analytical skills and thought leadership, which enable her to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and drive profitability.
Locke holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business. Her academic achievements, combined with her hands-on experience in the field, make her a valuable asset to any organization.

Mike Barbarossa
COO/Head of Network Design and Operations
Mike Barbarossa is an imaginative engineer and problem solver with nearly four decades of expertise in logistics, engineering, and E-Commerce strategy. His passion for innovation and dedication to operational excellence have been the driving forces throughout his career. As Director of Operational Excellence and Engineering at Quiet Platforms, Mike excelled at transforming strategic visions into actionable solutions that delivered value.
Mike’s career is marked by leadership roles at FedEx, where he served as E-Commerce Strategist/Chief Engineer and Customer Engineering Consultant, helping shape global E-Commerce networks and optimizing supply chain operations. His ability to solve complex challenges and lead engineering teams has been critical to the success of various air and ground networks. With additional experience at UPS, Mike’s extensive background in network planning, facility management, and project engineering speaks to his comprehensive understanding of the logistics landscape.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics, Mike has consistently demonstrated his commitment to innovation, creative problem-solving, and continuous improvement in every role he has undertaken.
